Halloweenie time was here...

This post is a week later, but better late than never, right!?

We have some serious Halloween lovers just a few blocks down from us.  I think the pictures speak for themselves.  The boys loved it of course!

 

Newbie

I'm a newbie at smartphone "selfie" taking.  Believe it or not, we just only got smartphones a couple of weeks ago.  We have stepped into the 21st century!  :)

Anyhow, I was out on a walk in the neighborhood with the littlest one last weekend, and thought I found a spot along the way with good lighting, so a little snap.  The results are below.  Don't mind the sports bra straps peekin' out!

Local flora

I'm not sure what this flower is, but it's beautiful! There are such pretty flowers and plants all around our 'hood.
